Homeoidiocy

What makes you sick? Well, whatever it is put some of it in solution and dilute it 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times. That will make you better. Never mind that “the laws of chemistry state that there is a limit to the dilution that can be made without losing the original substance altogether” and that Hahnemann, homeopathy’s founder, “himself realized that there is virtually no chance that even one molecule of original substance would remain after extreme dilutions“, because you still have ““spirit-like” essence—”no longer perceptible to the senses”—which cures by reviving the body’s “vital force.”

Ok. But…

Maybe we can’t make ‘em wear belts

Not too long ago, I posted on the war on indecency and wrote that “apparently, saggy pants, like Socrates, are corrupting the youth and the collapse of civilization is nigh”.

You see, exposing underwear in public is bad.

See what I mean? Isn’t that horrible?

Now, not surprisingly, its crossed some minds that baggy pants bans might just be ridiculous illegal.

Pine Lawn, a mostly black municipality outside St. Louis, is among a growing number of U.S. cities enacting laws that ban low-slung pants.
